We wanted to check in with all of you and make sure you're taking care of yourselves. With all the news unfolding, we know this is a very unfamiliar and unpleasant time. We hope that each and every one of you is taking all the necessary steps to stay safe wherever you are. 

It's been inspiring to see people all over the world and in our home, Barcelona, support and cheer each other. 

We are here to spend time with you on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok or wherever you prefer. We always enjoy hanging out with you, so we're available if you want to talk or simply watch and chill. 

In the meantime our online shop at rspro.org is open for you 24/7. Since your health and safety is our top priority, we have summarised the most important things for you:

The highest hygiene standards apply to our warehouses, which also applies to your package and the products you have ordered. We will send these to you in a safe and perfect condition.

Our shipping partners also adhere to the officially prescribed health and hygiene standards and safety precautions. A delivery & handover can of course also take place without contact on request.

We do our best to ensure that your order is with you as quickly as possible - nevertheless, in the current situation there may be delays in delivery. Since the postmen & deliverers do a really good job even under the most difficult conditions and in the current situation, we hope that you will understand :)
