WARRANTY

What kind of warranty is offered?. May I return the products? By paying through Paypal, your purchase is super-protected: it gets too long to arrive?. Money back. Doesn't get what you paid for?. Money back. 

Apart from Paypal protection, our own policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of receipt. No items may be returned after 30 days. Returns must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labels, and manufacture tags attached. Customer will pay the shipping for the returned item. You are responsible if the item does not arrive to our facility.

What if the product is faulty? We manually check our products by hand and one by one. If something weird happens and you receive a faulty product, we'll give you a new one, no matter what happened or when happened. Guaranteed

 

DELIVERY

Is the product in stock? Items on our website are mostly in stock and will usually ship same or next day. We are meticulous about notifying our customers about any delay beyond normal processing times. You may contact us to check stock for specific items if you wish.

Which is the shipping method? The shipping is made by a professional shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, DHL or equivalent), so the product will arrive at your home in less than 3 days (Europe&USA) or in less than 6 days (Rest of the World).

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. Contact us if you have doubts or if your country is not listed.

When will my order ship? What's my order status?  Most orders arrive within 3 days. On average, orders process the same day except on holiday periods.

 

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS (DAP SHIPPING)

Do you include import duties and taxes in the price?. By default, RSPro ships internationally under DAP – Delivered At Place. This means the price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping only. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country’s customs are paid by the recipient and are not controlled by RSPro. Your carrier (e.g., UPS) may contact you to arrange payment before or at delivery.

Are there country exceptions? For some destinations we may offer DDP – Delivered Duty Paid (duties/taxes prepaid). When DDP is available, you’ll see a clear note at checkout such as “Duties & taxes included.” If you don’t see that note, your order ships DAP.

Can you tell me how much I’ll pay? Customs rules and rates vary by country and can change without notice, so we can’t quote or control these amounts. For the most accurate information, please check with your local customs authority.

What if I don’t want to pay the import charges? If you decide not to accept your order because of duties or taxes, please note that the carrier will usually not return the package to us. Instead, it is marked as abandoned by customs and destroyed. In these cases, we cannot issue a refund, since the product never makes it back to RSPro.

Check the product description, benefits and specifications. We like to describe everything as clearly and concisely as possible. 

Where does the product comes from? It has been designed, engineered, and manufactured in Barcelona for the whole world.

How do I install it on my board? All RSPro products have been specially designed for an easy installation. Have a look at our installation instructions to do it.

How do I remove it from my board? RSPro's adhesive backing can be very strong depending on the product and the application, so we recommend to remove applying gentle heat (eg. from a hairdryer).

Can you make me a custom design? Yes, of course, if you're a store, a rental company, a school or brand and want you custom design and colors, we'll be more than happy to do it for you, just send us an email with your dream product.

Who is RSPro.org? RSPro is a brand owned by "Unitransfer Marking Systems" and “337labs”. We design, develop and manufacture all our products. Our parent industrial company, supplies with high-tech adhesives some of the best companies in the automotive, biking, and gliding industries, so, don’t worry, we will fully reach your quality expectations as we do for our industrial customers

Do you have a store where I can drop by and buy something or try things on? No, we do not have a traditional storefront. All browsing and ordering can be conducted online at our website, and through our distributors worldwide.

What is your time/days of operations? The website is open for ordering 24/7, 365 days a year. We are generally at our desks M-F 9-7pm, except holidays.
