At RSPro we like challenges, and redefining the state of the art for watersports grip&traction was a bold one.
But here we are again with a new product. A product that obsessed us: The HexaTraction RSPro® board grip&traction
A board grip&traction for the year we live in.
We live in 2016. Yes, consumed 15% of the XXI century, and we're still using wax or pads?. Come on.

HexaTraction specifications:
- 1 kit (box) is composed by 18 full hexagons and 4 half hexagons. Each hexagon is ø16cm (6.3") in size and is composed by dozens of micro-hexagons that offer the grip and traction needed for watersports.
- The kit (box) comes with a HexaTraction star shaped template to make installation even easier and more pro looking.
HexaTraction for SUP boards:
HexaTraction prototypes were being tested by 3 different SUPers in 2 countries and 2 oceans. After testing, and between others, we asked the 2 main questions:
Would you use this product instead of wax on the nose of your SUP boards?. 1: less likely to 10: most likely. Answer: 9,7.
Would you use this product instead of a pad on the deck of your SUP boards?. 1: less likely to 10: most likely. Answer: 9,0.
Examples of application:
- SUP nose: 1 kit (box) would be more than enough.
- SUP deck: 2 or 3 kits (boxes) recommended
- SUP race deck. 2 kits (boxes) recommended
HexaTraction for surf boards:
HexaTraction prototypes were being tested by 5 different surfers in 2 countries and 2 oceans. After testing, and between others, we asked the main question:
Would you use this product instead of wax on all your surf boards?. 1: less likely to 10: most likely. Answer: 9,0.
Examples of application:
- Surf shortboard: 1 kit (box) would be more than enough.
- Fun boards and Long boards: 2 kits (boxes) recommended
