Following our "Building in public" philosophy we share with you, this time not so good news: We had to increase shipping rates in some circumstances. I’m sorry but we had to.
After years of keeping them stable, and after starting to offer free shipping a couple of years ago, the current situation forced up to increase the shipping costs you pay for your RSPro products. We keep assuming part of the cost to reduce the shipping cost impact on your purchase.
RSPro is committed to offering you the quality you expect and deserve. And it also applies to shipping. We want to work with the best, and the best is UPS which prices have been skyrocketing for some years now. The current pandemic and the boom in global e-commerce ballooned shipping prices to levels we can’t no longer support without some changes on the shipping rates we offer.
Changes as follows:
US & Canada: FREE shipping option for orders above 111 EUR. No change here. For orders below 111 EUR, shipping cost goes from 9 to 12 EUR
Western Europe: FREE shipping option for orders above 66 EUR. No change here. For orders below 6 EUR, shipping cost goes from 9 to 10 EUR
UK + Eastern Europe: FREE shipping option for orders above 111 EUR. 66 EUR before. For orders below 111 EUR, shipping cost goes from 9 to 12 EUR
Switzerland, Norway, Jersey, Guernsey and similar: FREE shipping option for orders above 111 EUR. No change here. For orders below 111 EUR, shipping cost goes from 15 to 19 EUR
Rest of the World: FREE shipping option for orders above 125 EUR. 111 EUR before. For orders below 125 EUR, shipping cost goes from 25 to 29 EUR

- Group your orders so you qualify for the FREE shipping option
