At RSPro, we ship to 95+ countries worldwide from our base in Barcelona, Spain. All orders are dispatched via UPS or FedEx and handled through our trusted logistics partner, Mailboxes. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and customs.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

RSPro ships from Spain (EU). For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, and all other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. RSPro is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand periods, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Mailboxes on your behalf.
