SUP and downwind foil boards combine large exposed rails with lightweight constructions. Paddle strikes, racks, transport and contact with hard surfaces can turn a small chip into a repair.

Clear SUP Foil Rail Saver puts a replaceable protective layer over the high-risk rail area, helping prevent everyday impact and abrasion from reaching the board itself.

Each strip measures 175 cm × 8.9 cm, providing the extended coverage needed for the longer rails found on SUP and downwind foil boards.

The 380-micron semi-rigid polymer was selected to provide meaningful impact and abrasion protection without adding unnecessary bulk to a performance board.

The patterned surface helps the material conform around curved rail sections during installation, while the transparent construction keeps the original board graphics visible.

A UV-resistant transparent adhesive keeps the protection discreet on any board colour.

Best for: SUP foil and downwind foil boards with long, exposed rails.
Not designed for: structural damage or repairing an already damaged rail.
