Race boards have tall, boxy rails. Standard rail protection leaves too much exposed.

Modern SUP race boards have high-volume rails with a much larger surface exposed to repeated paddle strikes. RaceMaster was engineered specifically for that geometry.

Its extra-wide, tapered strips protect the high-risk rail area while reducing unnecessary material where full width is not needed.

Each RaceMaster strip measures 210 cm × 16 cm at its widest point, providing substantially more rail coverage than standard SUP protection.

The 380-micron semi-rigid polymer combines impact and abrasion resistance with low added weight, while the transparent construction keeps the board's original graphics visible.

The tapered geometry follows the shape of modern race-board rails, concentrating material where paddle contact is most likely instead of simply using the same width along the entire strip.

Designed for: dedicated SUP race boards with tall, thick or boxy rails.
For large touring, downwind or all-round SUP boards: Clear Jumbo SUP Rail Saver is normally the better choice.
Not designed for: structural damage or repairing an already damaged rail.

RaceMaster or Clear Jumbo?

Choose RaceMaster when your board has tall, boxy race-board rails and needs significantly more vertical coverage.

Choose Clear Jumbo when you have a large touring, downwind or all-round SUP board that needs more coverage than the standard Clear SUP Rail Saver, but not the extreme width required by modern race boards.
